Q: What kind of job is this?
A: This is not a traditional salaried position or hourly wage. This is a commission-driven and bonus-structured position. But the ability to earn a significant part or full time income on your own schedule is very real.
Q: What kind of background is required to join your organization?
A: We are looking for people like us, driven to have a better quality of life. In order to do that in our business you should be self-motivated, outgoing, friendly, like helping others, open to learning something new, and willing to being coached by one of our professional mentors. Beyond that, there is no specific set of qualifications.
Q: Why don’t you mention the name of your parent company online?
A: Our parent company is a U.S. based, billion-dollar, private manufacturer with a different way of doing business. We do not advertise the way traditional business does. Our parent company relies on individuals and organizations such as More4Families to promote their business.
With the advancement of technology and the internet presence these days, our parent company, like many others, has developed policies relating to internet marketing to protect our brand, reputation and affiliates. The guidelines are designed to discourage unauthorized individuals from potentially relaying incorrect information online that could tarnish the company’s reputation.
We find the best way to do business is by using the time-honored tradition of actually talking to people. Since this is rare in business today, most people appreciate the way we interact. All specific information about the company is still relayed by appointment, either face-to-face or via telephone with an authorized representative.

Q: Has your company been affected by the recession?
A: No. We have experienced steady growth for 27 years. Matter of fact, the first quarter of 2012 was one of our biggest growth trends in company history and we’ve never had a lay-off. We are virtually recession-proof.
Q: When will I start making money?
A: You are in control of your income. If you get started the right way and follow our plan, you can earn income the first month. It will simply take a little bit of commitment.
Q: How many hours will I have to work?
A: You make your hours and have control over your own schedule.
Q: How often will I get paid?
A: You can earn a portion of your commission weekly and bonuses are paid monthly on the 15th of the month.
Q: Do I have to sell anything?
A: No. We do not sell anything and you will not be selling anything. It’s a unique concept that focuses mainly on education.
Q: Is there a large up front initial cost?
A: No. This is not like “those” companies. There is no large monetary investment.
Q: Is this an MLM?
A: No. There are no multiple levels of distribution. We are not direct-sellers or distributors, we do not carry inventory, do not collect money, do not deliver products and do not give away samples.
